New Home on a
Narrow Block

This new home was quite the challenge on the narrow home site, something we really relish in.

Client specification was to have a 4 car garage and home gym as well as the full 4 bedroom & 4 bathroom home.

 Architect Ian Sercombe was clever to fit this all in on a reduced building envelope.

However the build did require extensive piling of up to 10 vertical metres to excavate for the basement inclusions.

Industrial finishes was in the brief and we were able to manage this using metal wall cladding and off form concrete

A circular plunge pool was also a minor challenge to crane lift this over the neighbouring properties.
