Combining our years of experience in the building industry across a multitude of disciplines, we work with a team of hand selected licensed tradesmen, structural engineers and architects and ensure open lines of communication at all times.
Level 7 Building Group has been in operation for over 30 years, mainly focussing on architecturally designed new homes and additions as well as commercial shop and office fitouts.
As a licensed builder, Sean Dew acts as your project manager, liaising between the client, architects, interior designers, councils and sub-contractors. He is your one point of contact, providing detailed written reports of the job progress, documenting all items discussed to ensure that the time schedule is maintained and so you the client know exactly where you job is at, what actions are in progress, who is responsible and what the next steps are. This is also circulated to relative parties as required.
