Sean Dew started the company over 30 years ago; he has extensive experience in all forms of construction and architecturally designed projects and holds a Diploma in both Building Studies and Quantity Surveying.
His passion for building and commitment to developing strong client and supplier relationships has seen the company grow year on year.
His complete hands on management of each project is the hallmark to his management style, which ensures the smooth day to day running of all aspects of the job from concept stage, throughout the complete building process, including job estimating, contract management, on-site supervision and project management right through to project completion.
Sean is also a qualified building designer, his design talents along with his extensive experience has resulted in highly recognised awards including the “luxury homes” design award in collaboration with architect Peter Downes.
David provides guidance in the management of Level 7 Building and is responsible for the company’s OHS and Quality Management documents.
He holds a BE [Civil] and has been a member of various engineering and quality organisations over the years. With his qualifications and over 30years experience in project design management for major engineering and resource development projects.
David is able to significantly contribute to the company. Before joining Level 7, David provided consulting services in the development and implementation of quality/business management systems for various engineering and IT companies.
