Renovation to create
a 6 bedroom home
This project involved the complete demolition of the main floor, leaving only the basement and a suspended slab.
The ground floor was then constructed plus the addition of a first floor to create a 6 bedroom home.
External works involved extensive retaining walls on the boundaries to accommodate the Council’s Stormwater Plan & requirements.
The existing pool was renovated and finished with full tiling.
Our client, being an Electrical Engineer, was keen to be involved in some parts of this build.
The client therefore managed the electrical trade and in addition was involved with the joinery and painting.
